Centrepiece of Heritage Open Day celebrations, Candlelit Son et Lumiere - To Light a Small Candle - The story of King Edward Street Chapel in Macclesfield, told in words and song, by members of the congregation. This promises to be a very special evening. Chapel President Eila Forrester has used her considerable knowledge of the Chapel's history to craft a play that is both fun and informative. John Hartshorn and Sally Ward will be performing verses of the wonderful song that they have written throughout the evening. The play lasts about 50 minutes and will be followed by refreshments. Please call into the chapel during the Open Days on Friday the 12th and Saturday the 13th to collect your free ticket.
